Dedicated to serving the best natural plate of quick-serve food on the north coast, Nature’s Serving: World Food, Fast! is dishing up unique Mediterranean foods throughout the Humboldt County area. The menu features handmade pita (yes! we bake it right on the truck!) falafel, salads and seasoned fries. All items are made fresh daily and utilize locally-sourced ingredients whenever possible. We are one of the few genuinely MOBILE food trucks in Humboldt County, so check our calendar for locations. Nature’s Serving hopes to serve you soon!
Our Food Philosophy
The Mediterranean region covers three continents: Europe, Asia and Africa. In the past 3000 years, the culinary co-mingling of cultures in the region has developed into a diet that is both healthful and satisfying. With the driving principle to serve what is fresh, locally-available and delicious, we seek to continue the Mediterranean tradition with what Nature’s Serving here on the North Coast of California.
